Welcome to Sea Me Rise Restorative Yoga & Wellness!

We are so happy you are a part of our community!

In Studio Procedures

• Upon entering The Wellness Center take in a deep breath, and a slow exhale.

• We ask that you please take your shoes off, and leave them by the door under our coat hooks, on our provided shoe tray, in effort to minimize dirt.

• We have cubbies + coat hooks at the enterance where you can store your personal items.

• Doors are locked for the duration of the class

• .Please note that Sea Me Rise Restorative Yoga & Wellness LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

• Be sure to check in with the teacher at the front desk before entering the Yoga Studio. And please let them know if you have any special needs, considerations or injuries.

  *For example if you are pregnant we want to know, we care, and are trained to offer the appropriate modifications.

• We are limiting class size, and require pre-registration through our Website or App to ensure your spot. Please Note you can show up unregistered, however we can not ensure a spot will be available upon your arrival.

• We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat and props to class, however, we do have used yoga mats for rent if needed. We also have plenty of props such as blocks, bolsters, and blankets available for all students to use while in the studio. After class we kindly ask that you wipe down any rented yoga mats, or provided props with OUR cleaner/sanitizer after class.

• We ask that cell phones be put on “Do Not Disturb,” and left in a cubby in the lobby. This is non negotiable. And we thank you for your participation.

• For your convenience, we have water available at the studio that you are free to use! We encourage you to stay hydrated before and after class! And we also recommend for you to eat lightly, with one hour of digestion prior to practicing.

• The studio is always thoroughly cleaned, and sanitized through out our daily practices, and service uses.

Health Policies

• We ask all of our students to stay home if they are feeling unwell, are showing any symptoms of COVID-19 or the flu. These symptoms may include, but are not limited to cough, fever, headache, nausea, sore throat, loss of taste, smell, or have recently been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for one of these symptoms, the Flu, or COVID-19.

• If you I have any diagnosed health conditions it is paramount that you seek aproval of your physician, or specialist prior to attending any offerings at Sea Me Rise Restorative Yoga & Wellness LLC. You as a client of Sea Me Rise Restorative Yoga & Wellness LLC, assume, and take responsibility for your health choices.

• Sea Me Rise Restorative Yoga & Wellness LLC, is not a medical facility, and does not solicit medical advice.

  Cancelation Policy

• All Cancellations must be made through Our Website or App, and will not be taken over the phone or through email.

• Sea Me Rise Restorative Yoga & Wellness LLC has the right to cancel or change the date of any class, wellness workshop, event, training, sauna or private session. This alert/announcement of cancelation will happen in a timely manner before the start of any class, wellness workshop, event, training, sauna or private session.

  Refund Policy

• All drop in classes, class cards, memberships, workshops, and events, are final with no refunds, extensions, or exchanges.

• Class cards and memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared.

• Workshops, appointments, and other special events are not included in memberships.

  Waiver Policy

• All students must sign our electronic liability waiver form upon registration on Our Website or App, before arriving, or at the time of their first in-studio class.

• Sea Me Rise Restorative Yoga & Wellness LLC has the right to remove any individual or group, in or around our facility, doing the following discriminatory actions: racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or patronizing of any kind in our space or around our facility, against an owner, wellness practitioner, yoga teacher, guest facilitator, or student.

• If the person who is found to be of a discriminating nature does not leave we at Sea Me Rise Restorative Yoga & Wellness LLC have the right to ask lawful authorities to remove said persons and to take protective action of self defense.
