Sea Me Rise Yoga

During your yoga classes or private yoga sessions at Sea Me Rise, you are never left on your own. Kristen Ocasio co-owner and lead teacher, is a certified Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with over a decade of teaching experience, and over 300+ hours of personally dedicated continuing education, workshops, and retreats to safely guide you through any individualized session or group classes.

Together we will RISE to our greatest potential mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually, and energetically to be in a state of YOGA: union with the Divine.

Classes are designed to assist multiple levels of experience and degree of effort.

Level I Is an accessible practice that offers many benefits for the the spirit, mind, and body. In this level , you will experience a gentle approach to yoga. We focus on the basic principles of yoga, and the ancient teachings. The restorative nature of these practices allows you to find peace within, balance throughout the body, and harmony by providing deep rest and rejuvenation though gentle movements, breathing techniques, meditation. This level allows for a compassion approach to your practice.

Level II Building upon the foundations established in level I, this intermediate level vinyasa yoga practice is an empowering and invigorating journey that takes your asana practice to the next level, all the while consistently weaving in the ancient teachings. (Please remember while yoga can improve the bodies health and physicality, it is the inner practice that is the reward, and the outer effects… are just one of the YOGA’S many beneficial outcomes.) You will discover a refinement of your practice in this intermediate level class, as well as how it challenges you to deepen your connection to breath, movement, and intention. Join us on an exhilarating journey as we delve deeper into the world of vinyasa yoga, and unlock the conscious awareness of how your yoga mat permeates into all areas of your life!

Level III Vinyasa Yoga is practice designed to invite experienced practitioners to take their practice to new heights. In this practice you will embark on a compassionate journey that will ask for your dedication, discipline, and commitment to inner growth. We will move through playfully intricate sequencing, that includes standing, supine, inversions, arm balances, and advanced postures inviting you to delve deeper into the subtleties of your practice. Come refine your inner and outer alignment, deepen your breath, increase your prana, step out of comfort and into growth in all ways.

Align + Flow + Restore

A warm 75min Vinyasa Yoga Class. This is a level III moderate paced, alignment-based practice. The postures will flow, intelligently loosen and strengthen your muscles, build inner heat, with seamless transitions, synchronized with soulful music, and a steady breath. A teaching of the yamas and niyamas (the ethical guidelines of a yogic life,) will be weaved in seamlessly to each class. This class is an invitation for playful sequencing towards standing, supine, inversions, and arm balance postures, ending with our signature deep restoration. You will leave this practice feeling aligned, energized, centered, restored and inspired.

Slow Flow + Restore

A warm and deeply calming 75min level I-II slow and steady inner heat building vinyasa flow practice. Kristen has a beautiful way of guiding you to allow the practice to meet you where you are. This is accessible class for all level students with out injuries. You will deeply restore your connection to self with breath, body, and spirit lead movement to guide you back to present moment awareness. You will flow to soulful ambient music, with mindful nourishing sequencing, intentionally created to allow you to leave this practice feeling renewal, and grounding, always ending with our signature deep restoration.  

Gentle Hatha Yoga + Restore

This is a level I- yet open to all levels, warm 75min practice that is gentle on the body, yet truly a multi-level practice including beginners, as well as those renewing their practice. Gentle Hatha includes pranayama/ yogic breath work techniques, warming and basic postures aimed to bring awaken your spirit, body, mind connection, self-awareness, confidence, awakening, and deep restoration. You will leave this class feeling physically renewed, beautifully inspired, and gently restored. We encourage the use of blocks, bolsters, and blankets to enhance your depth of practice. 

Restorative Flow

A level I and up, warm and gentle floor-based yoga practice, combining breath work, and mindfully flowing restorative postures. This class will allow you to restore balance of mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and energetic well-being, while facilitating a depth of relaxation. This very slow and nourishing practice allows for a deep opening of the facial, lymphatic, and subtle body systems. This class will support anyone with increased mobility, injury prevention, and over all wellness. Please wear warm and comfy layered clothes for added ease and comfort. 

Deep Restorative

Deep Restorative is a level I and up, signature healing modality of Sea Me Rise Restorative Yoga & Wellness. This yoga practice is accessible for everyone. Deep Restorative is a nurturing class that utilizes a signature series of passive postures with blocks, bolsters, and blankets, all in a warm and peaceful environment. During this 75 min class you will achieve a deep level of relaxation, restoration, and sooth the nervous system in a depth of comfort that fosters an ease in to a tranquil meditative and supportive healing space. Come be restored with the perfect reset to slow down the pace of life. 

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a level I and up practice, Rooted in Tantra Yoga. This practice offers a deep inner awareness and ultimate relaxation. This is a fully guided experience for complete relaxation of the mental, emotional, and physical which leads to deeply personal spiritual awarenesses. This beautiful practice is one that creates a deeply restorative wakefulness awareness for deep rest. We utilize the combination of guided relaxation, affirmations, pranayama-yogic breath work, and visualization all within a warm ambient environment.

Community Yoga

Our all levels 75min Align+Flow+Restore practice. We are committed to making yoga available to everyone! This class is provided to you at discounted rated of $10. All memberships are applicable for purchase of this class.

Private Yoga Sessions
