You will be embarking on a 4 week intro to meditation series that will deeply enhance, and add value to your life. We at Sea Me Rise genuinely believe the most important action in our meditation practice is to approach the journey with a kind, curious, non-judgmental attitude.

There’s no one style of meditation that is a one size fits all people! We at Sea Me Rise offer you 2 types of meditation classes for you can explore to see which serve you best! And every yoga class will include mediation which will help you embrace the practice! You just might end up establishing a regular meditation practice that you don’t want to miss! Over the weeks and months you will familiarize yourself with the meditation methods, and undoubtedly see the shifts in your life!

We aim to create an opportunity for you to disconnect from the thinking mind! It wont change in one class, that is why it is called a practice.

We often live in over-stimulating lifestyles which require our “doing selves.” We use Meditation to settle back into the “being” state. A pathway home to our truest state of being.

Open Heart Guided Japa Meditation

This is a guided Metta (loving kindness) Japa meditation practice, accessible to all, regardless of experience. This meditation practice incorporates the use of a 108 bead Mala. If you are beginner meditator, experienced, or renewing your meditation practice, you are in the right place. Japa meditation is a beautiful place to start, as it will help to create positive neural pathways, and help to overcome what negatively hold us back. Kristen holds space for you, and guides you peacefully in a deeply open hearted guided metta meditation practice, all within the comfort of our beautiful, and sacred space. Japa meditation, when practiced regularly allows us to live life more relaxed, open hearted, and with more vital energy! You absolutely can move through life full of love, and with less anxiety when you access the tools within!

Peace of Mind Vipasanā Meditation Class

Peace of Mind Vipasanā Meditation

This is a meditation practice open to all. Wether you are a beginner meditator, experienced, or renewing your meditation practice, you are in the right place. This Vipasanā meditation practice will begin by awakening the senses with a 10 minute guided mindful scanning of the body with your instructor Kristen, to found and anchor ourselves together in presence. You will be guided, and held, with long moments of silence to invite yourself to fully arive again and again. This and all mindfulness practices at Sea Me Rise are a pathway home to your heart. We all endure difficult even intense experiences in life. This practice provided is a wonderful way to learn to open to what is here, present upon the heart, with clarity, acceptance, gentle allowing, all with a deeply kind inner attention. Let's restore peace of MIND.
